Practical

Shattered Mirrors: A Wonderland Larp will take place on 25-28 April 2024 in German (Run 1) and on 2-5 May 2024 in English (Run 2). Tickets cost € 450,- and include high-quality full board and cozy accommodations at Gutshaus Groß-Markow between Berlin and Hamburg. Players sleep in stylishly furnished double rooms with shared bathrooms in the hallway. 

Food
During the event, full vegetarian and/or vegan meals will be provided. Allergies and other dietary needs (e.g. gluten-free) will be accommodated as far as feasible. Furthermore, beverages such as tea, coffee, juice and water are included. Alcoholic beverages will only be served on special occasions during the game.

Accessibility
The venue can only be accessed via stairs, there is no ramp or lift.
There are stairs and steps in various places inside the venue.
There is a low-barrier bathroom on the first floor.
The outside areas of the location are largely unlit. 
In the course of the game, situations may arise where we turn down the lighting in certain areas within the location for atmospheric reasons.
There are uneven areas both inside (old floorboards, worn stairs, slippery tiles) and outside (meadow, tree roots) the location.
There may be both visual and audio game information during the course of the game.

Timing
Registration will start on October 15th 2023 at 6:00 pm. Probably in mid-November you will receive the link to the role casting, with the help of which we will distribute the roles. At the beginning of December we will publish the complete Players Guide and at the end of January 2024 the finished roles will be sent out, so that you have enough time to work on your costume.

Start/End
The game starts Thursday afternoon with workshops and ends Saturday night with a Wonderland party. Sunday morning everyone can enjoy a long breakfast before leaving the castle.
